People work to earn money and the major problem lies here. Salary is credited on time but expenses are not reimbursed timely. And when you ask for it the owner will tell that he has not having money at this time. Almost every month you have to use your 30% to 40% salary on TA & DA. The best thing I like is that they retain the employee in the pandemic Although I became the part of this organization from 15 sep 2020, I am selected to join in March but due to covid I start working in September .

A sales officer salary on sales but company should under stand that the product in which the deal first provide good details in their website because now a days people belive more rather than any one.And provide authentic information what he provide in the product.

There is basically, only one man show, who cheat customer as well as distributors time to time. This is a pathetic company. They don't even clear full n final dues on time. My suggestion, if you don't have any other option, then only you think of joining them and then switch your job.

Ther is no fixed salary date, no review ever done in this organization. Not at all friendly, when it comes to developing business process. No growth plan. It's only about numbers. Company don't even provide materials on time, and they'll blame you for that.
