From day to day accounting to take all type of sales, and operation, inhond and out bond report , Daily checking and updates of online soft ware. Daily conversation with sales, operation, franchisee and co loders. Prepration of mis for management.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
