job security is good , work culture and are good, management is good and company policies is very good.

Nothing.. HR management is not good.

Work Details

Our job was in grofers as a MIS Executive.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
