- Best managers, makes you feel like home and help you with work related issues very well. - Colleagues are super supportive, and understanding. - A very good reimbursement and other finance related system. - Grievence redressal is quick and responsive.

- Promotions/Appraisal process is very strict and career growth takes a setback in this process. - Too much of instability in certain HR processes, although makes you learn a lot but sometimes it takes a toll on your daily tasks and increases work pressure.

ASM pressure for target.. They're not ready to appreciate Always scolding and threatening like Your Salary will be hold, you need to meet PIP. The worst case is these things will happen by second month itself.

-Very Low Salary. - I don't understand the logic behind not giving WFH. - Complete work from office for accounts and finance department, they will not give WFH, the manager will reject your request and ask you to take leave instead.
