I worked as a third party to ultratech cement production support project. Work load is at peaks most of the time and IT network infrastructure practice is poor at my location unit. Most of the Users don't have minimum basic knowledge on how to use the computers and what they are doing with it. All the old employees are mostly got the jobs through recommendation. Pathetic people in HR department. There is no proper transparency on the policies. They even mislead new joiners during onboarding process by communicating incorrect information to save cost. Moreover, they are masters in fabricating the facts during offer release.

All is good until you are in project, most of the team is in other locations and good package

No organization updates or team outings or team lunch. Don't expect any such activities. Once you are not in project, everything is out of reach and no one is bothered to check with you.

They release the offer letter very early.

Dislikes

As early as they release the offer letter, same way they release the employee too. No job security. Clients they work with are not professional and do micromanage. Once you are on bench, HR will call you and tell you to submit resignation right in front of her.
