1.Higher management contribute to the toxic work environment with micro management without acknowledging the employee problems.The leader constantly criticize employee instead of giving proper feedback. 2.The concept of work life balance doesn't exist in this co, They expect you to work complete 365 days with long working hours and do not acknowledge it. 3.The onshore team is the most pathetic people you can ever see in your life time..they actually treat the India team as there slave. 4.The AVP and the VP doesn't work at all or even join the client call or involve into the process but they just demand the team to get the work everything without knowing any idea about it.(With zero accountability & poor communication? 5.Appraisal is also given to those people who are favourite of management side .. Company policies are good but not good company to work. Performance appraisal is not based on your performance. It is based on favouritism. How you good in licking will decide promotion. If you are not in good book then your VP never gives you any chance to highlight. Always give you reason.

Worst people appointed as VP. Usless VP/AVP running businees and depend upon supervisors and senior associates. If anyone raise voice agaist VP/AVP, they make environment hell and pressuriess for force resign.

There is new policy called my flex for hybrid model which is not at all clear and micro management, no work life balance at all. If we tell the same to managers they will tell work life balance is a mind set

I am part of CITCO from 3 years but below things I have observed. 1. There is one cartel in recon side who just try to steal credit of others and will sideway original people and promote people from their cartel. 2. 0 work life balance. Need to work on weekends too and overall working hours approx 14-15 hr a day. 3. On the name of appraisal you get lot of fake promises throughout the year and at the actual time of your appraisal you will get 🔔. 4. Whatever good work you are doing or having top rating you have to wait or beg for your promotion. 5. Whatever extra hours you are working you will not get OT for that. 6. If you are thinking about getting R&R awards then forget about it as sometimes in the name of cost cutting they will not give you certificate also....Read More
