Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

Sometimes, this can slow down decision-making or create bottlenecks. However, it's also an opportunity to develop better strategies for improving efficiency and collaboration
