As the company doesn't compromise on the quality of cement products, it is and added advantage for the technical team to deal to clients/customers to convience them to use the product when comparing with other brands available in the market .

Dislikes

Though the company is said to be an MNC i didn't have a very good experience from my superiors both from marketing and technical side on the way they treat their sub ordintes.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
