I worked at Bharat scans as a Microbiologist for about two months. Prior to my employment, the lab was without a Microbiologist (i.e. MD Microbiology qualification) for several months and lab technicians were doing all the reporting including for culture analysis. The facilities were minimal, reagents & test kits were not available most of the times (mostly due to non payment of dues to the suppliers). Most of the technicians were incompetent and they could not be relied on for anything. The MD of Bharat Scans (Dr Emmanuel) is a crook and as unethical as can be. He would demand that test results be delivered the same day even when he knew that the test kits/ reagents were unavailable. Technicians and most workers there were terrified of him. I finally quit when I saw technicians cooking up numbers in the Biochemistry lab (for PSA - Prostate specific antigen - a screening test for prostate cancer) and sending out reports without even running the test. I spoke to Dr Emmanuel about it and when he refused to do anything about it, I quit. Also, I was not paid my salary for the two months I worked there. In this diagnosed I love to work in the front office as a one of the part . It's very good to service a patient and giving suggestions to customer .Its really good to improve our knowledge in medical field. The training very excellent I learned all things in diagnosed and one more plus thing is I know for diseases for what test need to take .l really proud to say I'm one of the employee in Bharat scans....Read More

In there work pressure high .so many times ,I have to work 14- 16 hours straight in a day as have to billing and to attend the calls sometimes late into night. MD do not mind an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also there is no job training for freshers , hence senior floks like me have to guide them step-by-step , which is a pain sometimes. And also no salary improvement....Read More

My work is very hectic , always need to focus how to improve the customer's and , managing incoming and outgoing calls , billing and also mailing finally dispatching.so and so I get in this great experience of a medical field.
