I LIKE NOTHING ABOUT BSNL.I AM A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT WORKING AS JUNIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER FROM LAST 4 YEARS WITH BSNL. WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. TERRIBLE ACCOUNTS AND VERY BAD WORK CULTURE. AS PER MY EXPERIENCE NEVER JOIN ANY LOSS MAKING PSU IN INDIA. BETTER DO A JOB IN PRIVATE SECTOR IF YOUR ARE HIGLY QUALIFIED THEN OPTING FOR A GOVERNMENT SECTOR. HERE YOUR WORK WILL NEVER BE APPRECIATED AND ALWAYS YOU WILL HAVE TO SUFFER POLITICS FROM OLD UNSKILLED GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS SITTING AT HIGH POSTS DOING NOTHING. Its an very good job.it is a office+field works, i like so much of my BSNL work.due to salary problen and no future of my work.now BSNL having so many problem thats why i leaves my job.still i did not receive 2 months salary.
