BPCL is the good name to work but this ratings are only related to only My Plant & yeah as I seen few management trainees have got permanent chance and yeah if forget my plant all over BPCL is good for work

BPCL is going to privatization so staff has going retired i didn't getting learning from my plant but if you go for corporate you will get all learnings and facilities whatever you want

Company work culture is very toxic and worst. Don't join any BPCL related projects because the organisation never care about their employees and the arrogant of BPCL management employees are very high.

Very very very poor organisation BPCL. Politics are lots off and all the government BPCL employees are uneducated(अनपढ़). They are just Master in passing the paler and eating the commission.

Work-Life Balance is zero there is no fixed time you have to 24/7 in order to achieve targets in sales as well as in engineering too. I prefer if your not permanent then don't stay for longer period there you won't have any skills after getting out in order to get another job.
