There are many tenured employees who exhibited a reluctance to share vital information with the key decision makers. There are no parties or even if you have to celebrate someone's birthday/send off you will be unappreciated. Employees are pressured to compromise their personal time by updating same thing over whatsapp, email, Sap,and Excel database. Even after doing everything you will not receive any appraisals. Marketing personal will be responsible for bringing in orders, putting them in system, requesting the plant to produce it, then plead the logistic team to support for dispatch, over and over again along with all the updating.
