Hire and Fire culture. No leadership no vision. All Jokers from PVT sector have been put here. Only organization where HR lies about the benefits and bonuses prior to recruiting . No infrastructure provided to Sales team any where.People sit in Pantry and work there, that is also not permanent.Basic amentites not provided . They want business like SBI and HDFC but have no bandwidth to process business.The mindset and policies is still 100 years old. BGSS management suck up whatever bile and garbage is thrown at them by BOB and sales gets hammered down the line.Joke of an organization. Rather be jobless than join this Company , my strict advisory. This organization will make you perform harakiri of your career. Other organizations may not be good but this is the worst I have seen so far. Whole locations get wound up , peole are terminated , even notice period is reduced to a day or too. Illogical pressure , first they will ask you to hire and then ask you to remove all people. BGSS doesnt even have the idea and research in place to check which locations to open and why?? Bank people make BGSS folks dance and BGSS happily does its part. Bank has no business acumen neither understanding of business , highly unprofessional PSU culture has led to downgradation of BGSS ppl at field level and this ultimately leads to non performance and ultimately termination. Rather than focussing on business , BGSS folks from top to bottom have to massage the ego of their respective counterparts at BOB. BGSS people are slave to the whims and fancies of their masters at BOB and no reasoning or logical voice can be heard at BOB.
