Local Directors are Not Supportive and Working Hours are 12 Hours or more. And No Weekend Holiday and No Extra wages for Extra Work. Payment Delayed Every time By Directors and The Mentally Harrasments By Directors For Business. There is A Target Set By regional office when The Local Situation is Different.
