Management is damn worst and they literally torcher without listening the issues from employees ,for new entry mid level seniors it's very very tough to survive...lots of politics and tech stack wise is very old we work

Local management . Other than delivery there are many things to contribute. Local managers dont care about business and delivery. parallel leadership in india is killing the company. too many meetings without any use. Cab facilities are worst. No proper parking facilities.
