When i left BAJAJ FINSERVE in 2019 ,i did not get time off even on Saturday and Sunday due to work pressures. That is why i was not able to give time to my family

Office politics ( including at CXO levels) More than your skills, they prefer how good you are keep top management happy (Leaders openly accept this) You are expected to work late nights ( and if you don’t do that then no one will say anything but, your image will be ruined even if you are very good at your and A rated employee.
