Company is new and startup environment Feels company should focus at one part at a time rather than multiple exposure to business, If the startergy is like mutiple openings in business point and hire people to manage that rather than given one person many loads Employee should feel happy rather than feeling helpless of taking advantage in covid

Not fixed target to get things done. If we have thought of going in one business until we build and develop and test the market should not think of skipping it in middle of it It may be not much impact to company but for employees it feel like half work done and half pending for that particular employees can't justify in carrer whether what he did was a great output or not.. confidence will not be build. Not good at all... Even though in weekends we work because sales doens't stop to work then whats the use of weekend holiday As always feel company or work is not the centre of life hence as of now it's ok but d sure when we grow we will be used in wee
