I like the culture of my school, good environment, nice culture of students.... our company policies are good..and they give salary hike and bonus every year...

This job is very perfect job for the person who are trying to be a teacher.... Iam working here from 2019, No another school can reach teacher abilities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
