Though it is small company, work culture is really good except in Order Management. its good for fresher who wants to kick start their career, not for experienced ppl

Under ORDER MANAGEMENT, there is NO standard operating system in team, no proper training, no career growth forget about work lyf once you join this team. more you talk about issues more you get targeted for raising concerns. worst part is entire management is running relativity business. as soon as you join, you will be shared certain documents through which you have to go thru and start managing work. Basically they donot want external ppl in management role. have seen 1 operations manager and 3 leads being sacked within a month because they want to see some good changes. every alternate sat would be working but they pay good amt for it. in my 8+ yrs of professional career experience i have never seen such bad management who do not want to grow/build team or company to next level. So its upto you to decide you want to build career or work for money!!!...Read More

No respect in the company Bad behaviour Groupism Dirty politics Poor onboarding plan No guidance while handling tasks No coordination between the team members Against automation No delegation of work No carrier growth Without training new hires the expectations are to perform like a pro No 1:1 meetings with the managers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
