Had some work satisfaction till DMD- Biju Sir was in the system.... He was a true leader and he had absolute control of all the departments like Sales, Credit, Collections, Ops, Admin and HR.... The entire Organization looked up t him with great respect....

Dislikes

Erstwhile MD- Bipin Saraf played Dirty.... Didnt elevate Biju Sir....Apponited a new MD.... resulting in successful degradation of all spheres of the organization.... So...once a very good organization turned into CRAP.... Now.... as the latest media reports....the Company is FOR SALE....
