If anybody do job in Axis Securities Ltd more than one year than they will get better opportunity and they will not need to watch back again to find better job and also salary will very good also incentive is very attractive

Company need to watch or focus on work balance of low level employee because higher level employee or boss always create huge pressure or unexpected pressure or basically high level boss like zbm,bm all they didn't want to prove time those who join just under one month.Because out of one month 15 to 16 days just spent for understanding of company norms rules and regulations or also creating relationship with customer which companies bosses not understand they want from 1st days employee need to perform or achieve target otherwise bosses warning or threaten to quit or terminate from job.All these things need to focuses....Read More

So many things are there to learn. And I loved to learn the things. And it was so professional to be there.

Nobody was ready to teach about the products and process.. if I ask something, people told like I don't know about this, It's new to us also... In that scenario if I wanted to refer the company application means so many changes are there between the company app and official website of the bank. One Major thing is there is no value for the people who are working at ground level.
