Earlier it used to be a good workplace. But now not anymore. Many people are resigning because of the high pressure and low salary.

Dislikes

In sales, one won’t even get 4th sat off. They will say disbursements are pending so there won’t be off. Salary is less. Poor work life balance. There is no fix working hrs.

No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.

Many things, supervisor are pathetic, lots of politics and favourism happens. U put butter and oil then u will be highlighted, get good rating, benifits, all claims will be passed everything, but if u don't, teams will be minimised, which will effect ur kra and every benifits which are mentioned in ur offer letter will be stopped gradually, worst calutre in Banking industry I must say.
