I would give overall rating as average although I have given terrible in most of the parameters. Reason is, because its not particularly about Axis bank, this is the situation in entire industry. Where ever you go be it any bank, you will get the same issue. About Axis, good thing is job security and compensation.

Work satisfaction, work life balance, Company culture, career growth is very poor. Worst part is, poor support from top management. However, considering the current banking industry, Axis bank is a good organization and can be recommended for career building

Toxic work environment, no work life balance and after giving all your day and life to the organization, seniors says you haven't done anything today. Haven't done anything last year. After giving such hard work and after becoming a robot they have audacity to say this. Upper management chills and enjoys to exploit employees and when you complain you are targeted

Dislikes

No matter how much you work no one's gonna appreciate you and only buttering works everywhere. If you complain about something then instead of solving the problem they target you to make you feel down .
