- The exposure for a fresher is great as one gets to learn about technology as well as product/business to provide an optimal solution. - One can be a team lead if one is consistent and determined in a couple of years which brings a whole level of different experience.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

- Project Management. - No clear difference in roles for BAs and Tech team leads.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
