Learning and positivity are the main benefits here. I've noticed my communication skills have become better than they were earlier. Teamwork is done most of the time and i never find problems in mixing with employees.

Dislikes

In this position, it is understandable that work pressure will be there. Thankfully, it is not that high. I am able to manage it.

Aurigo has given me a fun enviroment to work in. The company has never been any instance in which anybody disrespected me in the company. If you have differing views, then don't hesitate to share them. The employes are very accepting

Ample learning opportunities are available for me. job security is not an problem in the company but you need to work with sincerity the processes are fast here. This makes the company really professional. Innovative ideas are always encouraged by the managers but they need to be be practical as well.

On certain days, I am expected to handle multiple tasks. I lose my focus because of this.

This company is quick in responding whenever i share a concern or need leave. The company works professionally and has also maintained the office very well. The employees are pretty good here. They often discuss projects and let everyone share their suggestions .

Aurigo gives cab service when the employees are not working from home. But i really feel that service should be improved a bit.

I am new in this company. I have joined here 2 months ago as the QE Engineer. I am not from Bangalore Originally. But I was very keen to work with Aurigo and when my interview was scheduled i could not find a transport mode on time. So i required the office to help me if possible. They made me do my interview over the web. I do not know if this is how they always do but in my case i specially requested them for help. Apart from the daily tasks, this company for more than a year now, Abundance growth, Management is very nice, responsive enough on all queries, workplace culture is good, Got different activities to enjoy at this work to develop.
