There is job security and nice work culture. The head of organization is polite and cooperative. But there's very average work life balance!

Started from zero and learnt a lot. Learnt the basics of running a private practice in dentistry. Learnt to do patient consultations and explain them the treatment plans! Learnt some other skills as well. This job has made me so much more conf

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
