I have been working in ASAp Kerala for the past five years and am really satisfied with the job. The ASAP teams provides trainings for the trainers in every 6 to 8 months ,which provides the trainers with news ideas and creative ways to handle and teach the english language.Its a contract based job and so there is no job security,and that's the reason many of us go in search for other jobs,despite it ASAP is a good platform for those who likes teaching.work environment is satisfactory and we all have a comfortable zone, a work- life balance is maintained. Am working as SDE( Skill Development Executive). My job is to train the students of higher secondary and collage students to attain the four skills in English ie. Listening,speaking ,reading and writing. To develop their all personality, confidence etc
