Unfortunately, my first-month salary was delayed for three months, and for the past five months, I have not received any salary. This situation has led to a mass resignation of employees. Additionally, despite repeated requests, the company has failed to provide essential documents such as my experience certificate. The issues primarily stem from the management team, exhibiting unacceptable behavior and a lack of responsibility.
