They really do appreciate your work and compensate fairly.

Dislikes

They are not flexible with leaves. The madurai location is not good. Lot of regional politics and further now Aptean only hires tamilian's in their madurai location. So the diversity went into sink hole.

Everything about the company is good. It is a fast growing company would have never left it if was not planning for higher education. On time appraisals Good work life balance Good facilities provided

Upper management still needs some work especially the hr team. Do not join the office at madurai location if you are from a city.

Dislikes

The decisions are made based on short term situations and not concentrated for long term. If the management was to remove you they find reason and hire the replacement of you before even you know. Certain products are way old for the current market and wants to maintain high standards. They need to learn the art of patience for getting the right result.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
