The management is cool and listens to each and every employee. The work life balance is great. The appraisal cycle is also good compared to other companies even in recession period. Overall a best company for Freshers as well.

No micromanagement,quick solution on queries. Client interaction are engaged even with the freshers which gives confident towards certain knowledge. Flexible hours.

Since its permanent wfh, exposure towards self development skills like communication, behaviour lacks. But we can go to ntt office, it may works
