The co-workers are just awesome at apisero ,there will be many hands to help you through if you stuck in some place .The manager and HR consider each of our inputs and reviews. There won't be much pressure and growth is absolutely great as far I have seen all my co-workers.

Job security is for sure here people those are literally on bench for 5-6 months have sustained here throughout the recession period. Work life balance is good people here respects others time and u r not supposed to work in odd hours unless there is some emergency.

Dislikes

Had a great culture till it was merged with NTT after that all the good points like no vacation policy etc., will be dropped. Projects are not that great company majorly focuses on getting people certified but after that no relevant projects are allotted. Only certain number of people get development projects. It’s very unlikely that u will be allotted in a good project.
