No good incriment from 2021 to till 2025. Job security, Transport allowance is very low with many terms and conditions, no monthly discussion even half yearly discussion cloed without discussion, Leaves policy, Work from home policy (Few teams doing Work from home and few teams not allowed to work from home)

Little learning is there because many people have left so because resource crunch, you can learn many things in order to support the team you work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managers will ask you work for 10-12 hours daily. No leave approvals, everyday office. Pathetic office and too far from central part of Bangalore. Dont join ever.

No ethics and values. They layoffs people without any intimation. Laid off people who are performing well . Egoistic managers and management never inquires about employees concerns. To protect underperforming employee they sack performing employees also. Worst mentalities and culture is very bad especially with AVP and Vp roles in india for PE handling lux region is very bad. there is one guy called Shren k Shah who does not fit for nothing dictate terms like a dictator and expects respect from everyone with such behavior. Overnight lay offs they don't even inform you about Layoffs, every year new policies according to their wish they create one policy. No proper training if someone come from different backgrounds need to struggle. Management is not good they will make their own policies according to their wish and no proper systems poor IT services all outdated applications being used mostly systems/applications are down outlook crashes very often they don't have permanent solutions. Mostly teams have micro management, No job security, no increament and bonus especially if you are on target, pathetic management in some teams/ department. You have to go to office daily to your designated office no matter you are alone in office from that location (you will be alone in entire office from your department but you have to do WFO) with no reason.

There is no policies in benefits of employees. Salary is not fair. They have no standard structure in their hirerchy. I got cheated by HR while joining explaining wrong hirerchy. If any questions or concerns taken to management you will get rude response which has no logic. They is no professionalism. Company culture is poor.
