timings / shift timings are early morning . salary hike is horrible hardly gave 3 -4% , HR here is just to exploit people with experience from 2- 6 yrs Company culture is horrible , promotions are given only to favorite people , given work is too much that the time

Cab facilities insurance facilities for immediate family members as well work life balance - (Depends on the roles and Managers) you will have lot of options to apply for other internal roles

Dislikes

Approximately 75% of the roles in ANZ involves early morning logins like 5am, 6am also few roles have 3am, 4am logins. Previously there were lot of facilities like food allowances, gift vouchers, team lunches and now in the name of COST CUTTING things has been removed.

No Growth and Learning Opportunities, Toxic Culture, favoritism and hard push for diversity without any consideration for merit and competencies. No focus on delivery rather relationship, no culture of valuing it's people and customers. Projects run for ages wasting million of dollars as senior and top management is highly incompetent and nor fit for the role. One must avoid working here if he/she is competent....Read More

Good Bank Some teams function really good depends on leadership how matured thought process and empathy they have towards people ANZ was good during 2008 and until now where it became pathetic

Toxic culture Inexperienced managers Offered leadership role effecting team members and team efficiency Bad IJP culture and no proper career growth Leadership doesn't have any empathy on people
