The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Go to other step it will be difficult to step up. Job security is good. Cab facility is good . It comes to teammates its very difficult to handle. Anz follow ICARE values strictly. Overall Anz is a good company.

They will push u to work more and more even though u had completed ur work and they give more preference to their old employee even though if they are not working properly, they will never consider u for awards and promotion. They always give preference to their tenured staff.

My manager got pissed off me coz I took decision to leave the company and didn't even bother to wish me on my last day and made me work even on my last day along with giving the training. Very bad experience
