The sudden changes of Management In charges, and the Missionaries approach to proffesssionals, and understanding of Social needs

I had worked in the year of 2013 to 2014 before marriage. The institution had wonderful hindu culture instilled in the minds of students. I had my fellow members kind enough to hone my skills during the initial days of my career. But growth in career in terms of opportunities and compensation is bit slow .
