I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? Sonde there are too many decision makers, the onus of taking quick and active actions get delayed, resulting in too much back and forth. Also the culture of learning isn't really active. You join and then figure what should be done.
