Initially It was work from Home and now its strictly work from Office. Training has been initiated within the team but its not that fruitful. I was in a dedicated project and if you are in short term project then its risky

Dislikes

Recently they laid off few members in my team except me since there were no Projects. Members were kept in bench for 1 month and since no project they were asked to leave in the very next morning. Job security is on question mark
