I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

The beginning was great, but it was all an act just like buying a time share. They are over the top nice and encouraging, but it was all an act. The longer you stay the more that you discover that they are only using you and you will pay for it in ways you never knew about.

Dislikes

They are sleazy con mans. Smile at your face, and laugh at you behind your back. They use you and start guilting you for “favors” that is not part of your job. When you ask for a raise they constantly tell you that they are on it and will egg it on too. This went on forever. It was an on joke for them. They treat their customers like this too. If you are not in the top inner circle, keep your eyes and ears open and you will start seeing it. Just disgusting behavior by disgusting sleazebags. They don’t care for their customers nor employees it’s just how they can make a buck off anyone. Look at their new fitness membership plan and you will see it. I got to fluff for many executive members there to help relieve tension ahead of big meetings where lying was essential as the business plan was a joke.

Got terminated without notice. I suspect it's because I saw rich chou fiddling with a stray dog on his lunch break but no explanation was given. They also destroyed my online community and doxxed me.
