Nothing specific . But those who r looking for a quick vertical growth and big salaries it's not the company as it's a inhouse centre for Allianz , Scope is focussed around that and also a matured company with 12k+ employee world wide under technology umbrella . Not a startUp.

Allianz is a good company to work with mostly because of the people and culture.

Dislikes

from past 2 yrs there was no proper compensation provided to employees despite their hard work and excelling records, secondly for promotional hiring they do not match salaries to market standards which is not fair at all. Allianz will keep on paying employees 25-30 lpa who are on bench for 6months to a year maybe even more than that, but will pay way below market standards to a deserving candidate who is working day and night to make projects work...Read More

The Company culture and the team. The TVM team and work atmosphere is too bad not suitable for professionals. So many politics going inside , so a strait and good person can't get any benefit . and not at all employees friendly. So many colleagues are resigned.

Believe me, this is the best MNC to work with in terms of work life balance and also in terms of perks and benefits. Supportive manager and management. They value what you do.

Unfortunately, certain processes or teams are being outsourced now to outside vendors. It was a proud feeling when I joined Allianz. Moreover, it was my identity.
