Outside office there are eating places.

Dislikes

Management is very bad, if you go on a holiday they will put another person on your role permanently, even though u worked very hard for that role. Deputy manager of RTA department is very bad, doesn’t know how to talk. Everybody there in RTA dept in terms of senior are always eating gutka, paan masala.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
