Akamai is a great company to work for. From the very beginning of the pandemic they were very supportive, gave us extra wellness days leaves so that we can relax amidst this chaos. The manager is very supportive and ask us to take time off . Truely a great company.

1. Apart from salary, there are additional benefits. But it is not spoken much on social media. E.g: A part of covid relief, Akamai provided 1200$ worth of reimbursement and 2 times Compassion fund (Maximum 5 thousand $)for people who got impacted due to Covid. Akamai is one of the underrated companies. 2. Transparency 3. Friendly culture 4. Good management
