Worst culture no one has supported. Very very bad organisation culture. As per market requirements of product they have not to updated.

senior management are not supported . As a employee no one talked about Leaves.. CL, PL,. Salary structure are not clear. Branch accountent is not supported and not to know about the company policies. And when asked about my employee detail, my salary structure, my leaves, my sales incentive told by her i don't know about this please ask to seniors. And top management are not picked the calls.
