Here a kind of research and development will be undertaken and is a bit challenging. I am a part of team that develop virtual flight simulator and we experience a real feel as if we are really flying.Good team and we work happily in collaboration.

No job training for freshers.work pressure is high.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
