Dislikes

Especially the work life balance. It's terrible. No fixed shifts and offs. It will change as per clients needs.

Work Details

The company is working based on outsourcing works and your job will be depends upon clients satisfaction.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
