There is no doubt that the Aditya Birla Group is one of the leading organizations in India. However, like in every organization, there are some channels where certain senior employees have no genuine motive for the success of that channel. They are merely interested in passing their time by any means. Unfortunately I joined that channel in Aditya Birla money Ltd. The channel name is "FPD or PTA"

Dislikes

My feedback is only and only for ABML - FPD or PTA channel. In this channel, there is strong groupism among the heads, including the HRHead, Channel Head, Compliance Officer and Training Head. there is no appreciation for genuine business efforts. Only those who belong to their select group receive rewards, incentives and recognition. In most organizations career growth is based on the business MIS. However, in this channel, they frequently change the data parameters according to their preferences, ensuring only their selected people qualify for incentives and recognition. When someone begins to expose their manipulative tactics, this group of channel heads smartly funds ways to remove that person from the channel to protect themselves. Lastly, there is one "storyteller" in the channel who deceives everyone with febricated stories while enjoying his work without accountability....Read More
