I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The things which I really dislike about the company which is policy of this company and here I working from 2019 as off-roll employee to till now but no hope to get on-roll. Nothing as such. The company is big but nothing good for employees

Dislikes

Extreme politics. You will survive if you are boot licker. No diversity. They mostly don't hire females. And if hired had to go through lot of work place harassment. They will give you 60% of your variable for 3 rating. Appraisal has no logic. You may get 2 even if you have performed the best by all means. No work life balance.
