Highly satisfied with work flexibility. Management is always reachable. Good place for technical challenges and R&D improvement. Have freedom to explore and share our view. Acube team is very friendly what ever team we belong too and from where ever we are working.

Employee motivation factor need to be improved. Revamp planning on backup resources to share the workload in chaotic scenarios. Need to enforce on 360 degree review from all aspects.

The ability to work on various projects across the worlds based on different programming knowledge and skills let us improve ourselves and also makes us a more equipped person. Since my joining date, I had never faced any salary issues and is always on time no matter what. And all the coworkers are great and they get well along with us.
