I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Actiknow Consulting pvt Ltd is a very wonderful place for work. The COO of the company Mr. Sumit Jhunjhunwala is a very supportive leader. In the view of recent havoc created by Covid19 all the staff are doing their work from home. No salary deduction in case of failure in doing work because of poor network connection or some other genuine problems.
