I love new challenges everyday, it helps me to learn many things let it be practical or theory perspective, and the institution loves to support me for that. But there is always a helping hand nearby to help anytime.

Providing free medical treatment to faculty and student

Dislikes

unnecessary they will put pressure to Professor. Some body will put effort and they will get less salary. Some body will do the less work, but they will get more salary. Owner/Principal will come occasionally, and taking the decision by listening some body's voice. This college does not have good prospectus, because, they are giving importance for quality education. In this college, junior lecturer has more value than senior lecture. Some of the lecturer will butter with student and they will get good feed back. Now a day bangalore university also not giving importance for quality education. when we are studying we are writing for 100 marks, but at present students are writing for 70 marks. They are not giving appointment letter. If lecturer come after 10 minute, they will loose the one day salary. Employer will not contribute for PF, from employee salary only, they will contribute for PF....Read More

continues work, even Sunday also we have to do the work , not in college, but in home. They are treat lecturer as labour
