Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

Appraisal percentage an average of 10%

If your manager dissatisfied in one occasion of your work in a year like one in hundred. They will cancel your appraisal. You will not get appraisal for that whole year. And no leaves are permissable and you must work in holidays..no work life balance. If we login by 8.30 in the morning it will take upto night 9.30 to complete the task that they providing...all their moto is to move the cases amd satisfy clients...that's all.....Read More
